Legal seperation need more answeres?

Me and my husband have two kids together one is 16 months and the other is allmost 3 years old. My husband is in the the milatary and we have been legaly seperated. We agreed on that one it was signed I will return back to germany with both of oure kids and they both was born there. I'm in hawaii right now got here in feb 2011 and things are not working out! I'm worried that he will go to family court now and put in a order for me not to leave from here. My ticket is booked allready for nexr week friday! Can he stop me even though we have just signed the legal separation agreenment last week? I'm worried please some one give me answeres!!!!
