Getting isolated at school and 1 after school detension for only having 1 brake how to protest against?

With only a rear brake you only have 1/5 of the stopping power. The front brakes on cars and on bikes do most of the stopping. It is a matter of safety. It is not the law according to man. It is the law of physics.
