If i did a soma that day and xanax 3 days prior will i still get a DWI?

will it stay in my blood and get in trouble for driving even thought it was days prior? how long does it stay in your system for? cause if i wasnt high on the xanax that day, what if it still comes up in my blood? i cant get a DWI. and i dont think Somo comes up as a controlled substance, im just nervouse and need some answeres, please help if u know anything about that kind of stuff.
