Masturbating and bluriness of the eyes?

I just started masturbating and i found it quiet addicting i did almost every day for a week. I then noticed that when i try to look out of my left eye it seem kind of blurry. I read another question on yahoo answeres that said their are side effects when you masturbate alot it said that bluriness of the eyes is 1 and a lower back pain is another i had both so i figured that masturbation was the cause so im wondering do i just have to stop masturbating for everything to go back to normal please answere seriously
