Lightheadedness.... Cold hands and feet.... Feel sick in the morning..? Whats wrong with me?

Hey im 15 and quite I feel lightheaded and most of the time my hands and feet are cold.... My hands an feet warm up quickly if i put slippers or socks on but if i just leave them even i fits warm inside they will be really cold, also i feel lighteaded sometimes all day and some morning, mostly if i have to get up early i feel sick but have never actually thrown up... Its on and off but it is still annoying and not sure what it is...? :/
