Can anyone tell me why the download now for my real player doesn't appear anymore?

anytime i went to a video it would pop up download now when I put the mouse on it, now it does not show that anymore. I went to the real player and preferences clicked enable and clicked appear when mouse rolls over but it still won't show the download now button. Does anyone know anything else I can do. Im using firefox 5.0 and real player 12.0 and it worked up until 3 days ago.
