Car wont start. makes a pop when you turn key?

I have an 2000 plymouth neon 2.0l 4 cylindar. Yesterday I changed the plugs and wires. The spark plug in cylinder 2 is a non foul spark plug attatchment. The plug wire on 2 and 4 have an inch gap between the boot and the vavle cover. The firirng sequence is in correct order but the cor won't start. When you turn the key you hear a pop or crack and then nothing. The car won't try to turn over. Spark plugs are gapped to factory setting and screwd to 20ft lbs. Serious answeres only3
