Signs someone wants to talk to you and misses you?

They need to talk to you personally. All texts, messages, and emails do not mean anything. Unless, of course, they live in another state/country. If they do not personally come up to you to say something about what they know they did wrong, then they are not really close to you and therefore not really your friend.
