What should i wear i need help!?

First of all im petite....small....aha yup....and this is for my bros graduation....college. ok so i need the amazing yahoo answeres to find me a great outfit....not to fond of dresses but thts k! Has to be.under 50 bucks...im only 13 aha...i hav something but my mom hates it so shes giving me another chance. If you find something...please hav it be a store.i can find it at...no places that dont hav a store...please! Thanks haHa
