</3 EMERGANCY! What can i do?!:'( PLEASE GIVE ANSWERES!! X?

Ive managed to drive the guy i like whos one of my good mates and his ex girlfriend apart. they were still talking but she asked me a question about me and him having a fling and she wasnt too pleased with my answer, now she hates him and he hates me. is there anything i can do to make him understand how sorry i am? and any ideas on how to get them close again? i really cant lose him from my life:'( PLEASE AS MANY ANSWERS AS POSSIBLE!! thankyou. x
