Is my hair shaggy? i know their is 2 kinds of hair on guys. long shoulder lenth and straight back and shaggy?

and the shaggy kind where you need to flip it out of oyur face alot/shake it around but above your shoulders and lower. about chin lenth or so or throat lenth.would my hair be considerd shaggy? ( judging bi my icon)if im even correct on what shaggy hair is lol.please no hate answeres ive been getting that alot for off topic answers regarding my hair for that simple reason.
