Dyed reddish/brown hair will not go blonde!?

It is because the developer, the white liquid that you mix with the colourant only works on virgin hair, hair that has not been dyed before because it can't get through the hair shaft of coloured hair and if you were to put on those hair dyes on virgin brown hair it would not work anyway, I have tried it and it is because it is not strong enough and may turn your hair orange. I suggest getting a colour stripper such as colour B4 to take out the colour and then wait a week to lighten your hair with Loreal Recital Preference LIGHTEST Ash blonde because this can turn Black hair to brown so should be able to turn brown hair blonde. Remember to perform an allergy test and not leave it on for more than 40 minutes, start at your ends then your roots because the roots will process the hair dye more quickly.
