Voice surgery help PLEASE?!?

Okay, I am very curious in Vocal Surgery. I am 100%+ to take the risk of any surgery so please don't judge when answering this. I have been trying to look into it and would like to know if anyone knows of a website that has A LOT of reliable information on it. I also would want to know what exactly it effects and what types there are. Which effects your singing, which effects just your voice, or if one does both? What is the age preferences? Thank you~ :3
