Reallly sore neck cant move it at all?

im 15 and otherwise healthy but on sundy morning i woke up with a really stiff neach there was a little pain when i moved it but it wasnt awfull so on monday (yesterday ) it had gotten a little better so i went to scholl but i think it must have got bumped or knocked coz when i woke up this morning it took at least an hour for me to sit up and theres shooting pains on the left side if my neack and sholder but ther right is fine my neck is just stif if i keep it still but if i move my left arm or try to turn or even snezze theres an unbaribal shoot of pain my mum called the doctor but they have no free apontments until monday and i cant take painkillers because i have so many allerges to medication is there anything i can do at home to help it even a little like should i be moving it or should i be resting i looked at other answeres and people seem to contredict each other and theres no one else to ask scince my mum and dad had to go to work and my phones downstairs and i really dont want to have to go and get it sceen as getting a glass of water from across the room caused enough pain thank you and sorry about the spelling im dislexic (cant even spell that :L ) xx
