Question regarding cleaning the kitchen floor and....?

What material is the floor? I'm guessing the bleach is causing a chemical reaction which is slowly turning the material into some other material. If that's the case, there's probably nothing you can do to get it back to the original color. If it bothers you, you might want to replace the flooring, and then clean it with approved products for that particular material.
