My mother is very childish.?

Has she tried anger management or anything like that maybe a support group. It sounds like she is not happy with herself and to make herself feel good she calls names. I would ignore the words that she says she probably doesn't mean it. Tell you love her and you know that life might be tough for her but remember you were not asked to be brought in this world. Sounds like she needs someone to talk to. If you burst out there is a now win solution here it could turn into an altercation that could land one of you in jail. Seek counseling I have before and it works.
