My Facebook account is locked?

I logged in to my account from the facebook iphone app for the first time with my iphone,after i logged out,i tried logging in with my pc when i got ''your account is temporarily locked'' i clicked continue and entered captha and clicked submit then the security question page showed up but i didnt know the answer.i entered some wrong answeres for a couple of times and it said'no verification method available,come back later' what should i do to regain access to my beloved account my friends???
