Dreams about ghosts, slippers, and "Old West" cowboys?

It's supposed to be very unusual to see the feet of a ghost. Never trust a ghost, though, they never have any money, and the Bible tells us that they don't actually know anything. They just try to get attention from the living to makes themselves feel important.
