Cheap 1 room apartments/ bachelors in toronto?

I have a months rent down on 1 room out of a house that I paid a lot more money than I would have liked to for. I was curious, what would be the cheapest price of a bachelor/ 1 room apartment (hydro and everything included.) I do not mind the location, it can be anywhere in Toronto. I was also interested in renting a room above one of the buildings in Chinatown, and was curious about what price I would be looking for for one of those. I honestly do not mind the location, however my only preference would be as close to chinatown as possible IF at all possible. Thanks a lot in advanced.
